A friend and I want to open a spa in the mountains of New Mexico. There’s a plot of land that would be ideal, in an area newly opened for development. I have a very good idea of how we can use the land to finance the building and such, but the very first thing is GETTING the money. I’d need at least ,000 to get it all started, and the investment will pay off in about five years.
I’m working on a business plan, but since I recently lost my job I’ve no credit to speak of, certainly not at that level. Maybe a venture capitalist might be able to help? Or some other source, if anyone knows of these things…
