My husband has been off since January has not been late on the mortgage but they wont let us refinance the mortgage. I want to take my name off the mortgage too. For personal reasons but they wont! How does this low rate benefit ne one when everyone is basically unemployed!
I want to begin real estate developing, but it seems like you already need to have a lot of money. Who has seriously done this already and reaped great benefits from it? I need someone who can sort of guide me in my ventures?
Ok, so my wife and I have finally decided to pull the trigger on a new car. Our car needs more in repairs than it will ever be worth, we can’t afford a new car cash, and a used car will be about as nice as ours was when we first bought it (80,000 miles, just waiting for parts to break). We are looking for a 5 speed, 4 cylinder, basic car.
We are Ford people by heart but the Chevy Cobalt looks more and more appealing. (Especially with a 0% for 60 month finance plan and a 5 year/100,000 mile warranty).
What are your suggestions? I’ve read reviews, looked at prices, compared programs.
I’ve looked at Cobalts, Focuses, the Fit, the Yaris, the Hyundai Accent, and the Rabbit.
I understand trade and locale all play a part, but personal opinions, reviews, program info., etc. would be extremely helpful.

I graduated three years ago with a bachelors degree in finance. What I am finding is that the degree is not good enough. Companies want experience. I dont have it and dont know how to get without taking a huge pay cut. The best I can find anyone to pay with no experience is about -12 an hour. I cant live on that. That’s way less than I make now. I went to college to make money not less. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have been trying to find the perfect business to start and found this coffee house that is attached to a book store. It has a "mini borders feel". I think that it is fairly priced and would like to sit with the owner and make an offer. How could I possibly get financing to start this after a personal Bankruptcy? I am tired of relying on failing business in MI to support me for a few months at a time only to move on attempting to find a job in a flooded market. I want to be a job provider. I have a strong desire to take this leap and make it successful.
