How much does a person with an econ or finance degree and an MBA make in their lifetime?
Consider if they had their 4 year degree in economics or finance and earned an MBA, how much would they make? Say they worked for the next 40 years. With inflation of 3%, my guess is about 3.5 million…is that accurate?
I am saying..I have 200,000 right now because of a disability. I want to invest it and make the equiviliant of what I would have made from this money if I did not have the disability. I know that 7% is easy to attain over 40 years. I just wanted to have an idea of what kind of return I would need.

I originally had over 20% equity in my house I purchased in 2007. Now the value has dropped so much that I now only own 5% equity. Currently I pay my mortgage on time without problems, at 6.625%. Without getting flamed, is there any way I can take advantage of the low rates and refinance?

I tried to get a Personal Loan and got turned down on lending tree. (I always pay my bills, never late, always pay more than the minimum…. but the banks are holding onto our 3 trillion as if it were there’s to begin with.) Where should I get this 00 I need?
I get my free credit report each year from all 3 agencies and look at it. It always shows "never late" or paid in full on my loans. Not sure what these people want.
