This just happened this morning, on two different computers. I even obtained another password and changed it back to my original which works just fine in all other areas of Yahoo. When I try to enter my portfolio, the same ‘enter your password’ page keeps repeating itself.

I have an FHA loan at 6.5%

I obtained down payment assistance from Cal HFA for 00 which doesn’t need to be paid back until I sell or refinance the house.

Looking to do an FHA streamline refinance but don’t think my down payment assistance of 00 can be subordinated onto new loan.

Apparently they’re "real-time", but I’m guessing they’re still somewhat delayed (at least a few seconds), especially compared to the insane HFT/DMA software that hedge funds, investment banks, high net worth traders, etc. use.
