It seems that anyone nowadays with a finance major wishes to pursue a job in IB. Personally, to me it would be nice but are there other uses for the degree? Mainly while im still an undergrad I just hope to work somewhere in a corporation, but will I be getting around with a B.S in finance? Or would I be better off in accounting?
Personal finance topics such as: Budgeting, paying bills, personal taxes, personal credit, learning about basic stocks, insurance, and various other topics pertaining to keeping one’s fiances properly managed.
Business topics such as: Business budgeting, supplies, marketing, workers, taxes, business laws, accounting, property, etc.
I’m 18 and currently in college. I’m studying want to start studying those two topics (personal fiancees and business) to both improve my quality of life and maybe even go into business later on down the road.

I am doing my Alevels and I don’t have maths so I have no idea. I am giving business studies, accounting and economics in Alevels currently. I am planning to study eco, business or finance as a part of my undergrad course in the future. Is maths needed? If so then what type of maths? I have heard Calculas is needed to study the above subjects. Other then that, are there any types of maths which are needed to study those???
